Ongewenst gedrag is niet normaal

Boosheid, pesten, een foute grap of een ongewenste aanraking: ook in de schoonmaak komt ongewenst gedrag voor. Dat is niet oké. Je hoeft dit nooit te accepteren. Ongewenst gedrag moet altijd stoppen.

Je staat er niet alleen voor

Heb je iets meegemaakt waar jij je niet prettig bij voelde? Praat erover. Je kunt terecht bij een onafhankelijke vertrouwenspersoon van RAS. Je kunt je verhaal delen in een veilige omgeving, zonder dat anderen hiervan op de hoogte worden gebracht.

staat naast je
onderneemt alleen actie als jij dat wilt

Alles wat je deelt is vertrouwelijk. Er wordt niets gedeeld met je werkgever of anderen zonder jouw toestemming. Jij bepaalt wat er met jouw melding gebeurt.

Unwanted behaviour is not normal

Anger, bullying, an inappropriate joke or unwanted physical contact: unwanted behaviour also occurs in the cleaning sector. This is not okay. You should never have to accept this. Unwanted behaviour must always stop.

You are not alone
